Short answer Fiverr is a marketplace: you pick one of thousands of sellers, prices start at a few euros, and quality depends on who you choose. Logomint is a logo design service: one fixed price (€129, €199 or €299), a senior designer from our team, first concepts in 48 hours and a money-back guarantee. Fiverr suits a very small budget or a seller you already trust. Logomint suits founders who want a custom logo without vetting anyone.
Logomint is our own service, so we’ve kept this comparison to facts you can check. Every Fiverr fact below comes from Fiverr’s own pages, checked on 14 October 2026, with links at the end.

Price: what you actually pay
On Fiverr, each seller sets their own prices, usually in three packages (Basic, Standard and Premium). Each package has its own number of revisions and delivery time, and sellers can sell extras on top. When we checked the logo design category, there were more than 190,000 results, and gigs in the default list started at €5 to €132. Gigs with Fiverr’s “Vetted Pro” badge started at €94 to €132. The starting price is the cheapest package of each gig, not what most buyers end up paying.
Fiverr then adds a buyer service fee. Its help centre currently gives two versions: one article says 5.5% of the purchase plus $3.50 on orders under $200, another says 5.5% plus $3.00 on orders under $100. Either way, the fee also applies to extras and tips, so check the total at checkout.
At Logomint, the price on the pricing page is the price you pay: €129, €199 or €299. Source files, vector files and revisions are part of the plan, not extras. Optional extras (such as a logo animation or 24-hour rush delivery) are listed with their price before you pay.
Who designs your logo
On Fiverr, you choose the seller, and that choice decides the result. Some sellers are experienced designers; others resell templates. Fiverr allows AI tools in every category, logos included, as long as AI output is “meaningfully refined and customized”. Freelancers must respect an explicit request for no AI, so say so in your order if it matters to you.
At Logomint, your logo is drawn by a senior designer from our own team, matched to your project by a project manager. We don’t use AI to generate logos. That matters beyond taste: the US Copyright Office has stated that AI output is only protected where a human author has determined enough of the expressive elements, so a logo that is mostly AI-generated may be hard to protect. (We cover this in can you trademark an AI-generated logo.)
Files and ownership
Fiverr’s help centre says that, unless the gig description says otherwise, the client gets all intellectual property rights to the delivered work once the order is fully paid. Which files you receive is set by each package, so read the package details before you order. A logo without vector or source files is hard to use on signage, print or merchandise (see which logo file formats you need).
Every Logomint plan includes a transparent logo, vector, printable and source files, and you own the final logo once your project is paid and delivered.
Revisions and speed
On Fiverr, the number of revisions and the delivery time come from the package you buy.
At Logomint, Starter includes 2 revisions, and Growth and Premium include unlimited revisions. Your first concepts arrive within 48 hours of your brief (24 hours with rush delivery), and your final files within 7 days.
Refunds and guarantees
On Fiverr, you request a cancellation through the Resolution Center, and the seller has 48 hours to respond. You can cancel without the seller’s approval before you submit your requirements, or 24 hours after a missed delivery date. Completed orders go through Customer Support. Money from a cancelled order goes to your Fiverr balance by default; getting it back to your card takes a separate request. Fiverr Pro orders have their own satisfaction guarantee, claimed within 14 days of completion, refunded to your Fiverr Pro balance.
At Logomint, you can get a full refund before you approve a concept, for any reason, and within 7 days of approving one as long as the final files haven’t been delivered. We ask for one round of revisions first, because most concerns are solved there. The details are in our refund policy.
When Fiverr is the better choice
- Your budget is under €100. Fiverr has sellers at almost every price point. Expect templates at the bottom of the range (what €5 to €500 really buys on Fiverr).
- You already know a seller whose work you like, and want to hire them again.
- You want to compare many styles and are happy to spend time reviewing portfolios and messaging sellers.
If neither option fits, our roundup of Fiverr and 99designs alternatives covers the others, and we compare Logomint with 99designs, Looka, Canva and Tailor Brands in the same way.
When Logomint is the better choice
- You want one fixed price with source files and revisions included, and no fees on top.
- You don’t want to vet sellers. We match you with a designer from our team.
- You need it fast but custom: first concepts in 48 hours, drawn by a human.
- You want a guarantee that is refunded to you, not to a platform balance.

FAQ
Is Fiverr cheaper than Logomint?
At the bottom of the range, yes: some logo gigs start at €5. Once you add a package with vector and source files, enough revisions and Fiverr’s service fee, the gap usually narrows. Compare the full total, not the starting price.
Can I get a refund on Fiverr?
You can request a cancellation through the Resolution Center. Refunds from cancelled orders go to your Fiverr balance by default, and you can ask for them to be returned to your payment method separately.
Does Logomint use AI to design logos?
No. Every Logomint logo is designed by a senior human designer from our team.
Which should I choose for a new startup?
