Refund Policy
Last updated
We want you to order your logo with complete peace of mind. If the concepts we design aren’t right for your brand, you’re covered. This page explains exactly when you can get a full or partial refund, and how to ask for one.
1. Key terms
Concepts. The first logo designs we send you. Your first concepts arrive within 48 hours of completing your brief.
Concept approval. A concept is approved when you tell us, by email or in your project, that a design direction is the right one to move forward with. Approving a concept only confirms the direction: you can keep requesting revisions within your plan until the final design is ready.
Final files. The finished logo package (vector, printable, source and transparent files, plus any Premium extras) that we deliver at the end of your project.
2. Full refund
You can ask for a 100% refund in these situations:
- Before you approve a concept: at any time, for any reason.
- After you approve a concept: within 7 calendar days of the approval, as long as the final files haven’t been delivered yet.
Before a refund, we ask you to give us at least one round of revisions based on your feedback. Most concerns are solved in that first round.
3. Partial refund
If you ask between 7 and 14 days after approving a concept, and the final files haven’t been delivered, you can get a partial refund depending on how far the project has gone:
| Revision rounds completed | Refund |
|---|---|
| 1 to 2 rounds | up to 60% |
| 3 to 4 rounds | up to 40% |
Requests made after 14 days but before the final files are delivered are reviewed case by case.
4. When a refund isn’t possible
We can’t offer a refund when:
- 14 days or more have passed since you approved a concept;
- the final files have been delivered, approved or downloaded;
- five or more revision rounds have been completed (Growth and Premium plans).
Exceptions: if there’s a proven problem on our side, such as a design that copies someone else’s work or faulty files (corrupted, missing or in the wrong format), we’ll always fix it or refund you.
5. Premium plan extras
The Premium plan includes brand guidelines, stationery design, a social media kit and 3D mockups, which take significant work to produce. For Premium orders, the refund rules above apply to the logo stage only, and only before we start producing these extras.
6. If we don’t hear from you
Projects need your feedback to move forward. If we don’t hear from you, whether it’s feedback, requested information or an approval, for 40 days in a row, we may mark the project as complete. In that case:
- we deliver the work as it stands;
- no further revisions are included;
- the project is no longer refundable.
We’ll always send you a reminder before this happens.
7. After your final files are delivered
Once you’ve received your final files, new changes or requests fall outside your original plan and are quoted separately.
Don’t want your project shown in our portfolio or marketing? Just tell us and we’ll keep it private.
8. We’ll try to fix it first
Our goal is a logo you’re proud of. Before processing a refund, we may offer to:
- assign your project to a different designer;
- create extra concepts or design directions;
- give you direct support from your project manager.
You’re always free to decline and go ahead with your refund if you’re eligible.
9. How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Logomint isn’t responsible for bank, payment provider or currency conversion fees.
- A refund can’t be more than the amount you paid for the service.
10. How to ask for a refund
Email sales@logomint.co from the address you used to place your order, with:
- your company or brand name;
- a short explanation of what isn’t working for you.
We’ll reply quickly and work with you to find the best solution.
