By using logomint.co or ordering a logo from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order. If anything is unclear, email sales@logomint.co.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using logomint.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users and clients of Logomint.

2. Services

Logomint provides professional logo design and brand identity services. We offer three packages:

• Starter (€129): 1 original logo concept and 2 rounds of revisions.
• Growth (€199): 2 original logo concepts and unlimited revisions.
• Premium (€299): 3 original logo concepts, unlimited revisions, an extended branding analysis, brand guidelines, stationery design, a social media kit and a 3D mockup.

Every package includes a transparent logo, vector, printable and source files, and our money-back guarantee. All packages include a dedicated designer and direct communication throughout the project.

3. Optional extras

When you order, you can add paid extras such as a logo animation, 24h rush delivery of your first concepts, extra logo concepts or extra revisions. The extras available and their prices are shown on the order page before you pay, and they are added to your order total.

4. Orders and payment

All orders are placed through logomint.co. Payment is due in full upfront at the time of purchase, before any design work begins. All prices are listed in euros (EUR). We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed by a third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing information you provide is accurate.

5. Revisions and delivery

Your first logo concepts are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your completed project brief, or within 24 hours if you added 24h rush delivery. Revision rounds depend on your package: Starter includes 2 rounds, while Growth and Premium include unlimited revisions. Each revision round begins once you send your consolidated feedback. Final files are delivered digitally, within 7 days, once you have approved the final design.

6. File deliverables

All packages include vector source files (AI, SVG, EPS) as well as PNG and PDF formats, suitable for both print and digital use. Deliverables are provided via a download link when your project is complete.

7. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights for the final approved logo design and deliverables transfer to you, including full commercial usage rights. Logomint retains the right to show completed work in its portfolio, website and promotional materials, unless you ask us not to in writing. Preliminary concepts and unused designs that were not selected remain the property of Logomint.

8. Money-back guarantee and refunds

Logomint offers a 100% money-back guarantee. If you cancel before any design work has begun, you get a full refund. Once work has started, refunds follow our Refund Policy, which explains when you can get a full or partial refund and how to ask for one. No refunds are issued after the final files have been delivered.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logomint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, business or data. In no event shall the total liability of Logomint exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

Logomint may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on logomint.co. Continuing to use the website or our services after a change means you accept the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms from time to time.
