Privacy Policy
Last updated
Logomint (logomint.co) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit our website, book a call or order a logo, why we collect it, who we share it with and what your rights are.
1. Information we collect
When you order a logo:
- Your email address and your brand or business name
- Your billing details (name, email, country and, if Stripe asks for them, postcode and phone number). Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- The plan and options you chose
- Your design brief, files and messages, once you have created your client space
When you book a call: your name, email, the time you chose and anything you write in the booking form (handled by Calendly, see section 4).
When you browse the website: anonymous audience statistics, described in section 5.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Deliver the logo you ordered and give you access to your client space
- Communicate with you about your order and your project
- Handle payments, refunds and our accounting obligations
- Understand how visitors find and use our website, so we can improve it
- Measure whether our advertising works (see section 6)
- Send you news about Logomint, only if you have agreed to it
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you click “Order”, you are taken to a secure payment page hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details and billing information under its own privacy policy; we only receive the payment confirmation, the amount paid and the billing details you gave Stripe (name, email, country and, if asked, postcode and phone number). Logomint never stores card details.
4. Booking a call
Calls are booked through Calendly, whose calendar is shown on our Book a Call page. The details you enter there are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the call and follow up with you. The calendar is loaded from Calendly and may set Calendly’s own cookies; it is only loaded on that page.
So we know which pages and campaigns lead to calls, the calendar also receives the source of your visit and the random journey code described in section 5.
5. Audience statistics (no cookies)
Our website does not use cookies (except those Calendly may set in its calendar on the booking page, see section 4), and we do not use Google Analytics or any advertising pixel.
To understand how the website is used, we record simple visit statistics in our own system: the pages viewed, the website or campaign that brought you here, the buttons clicked (for example “Book a call”), how far you went in the order process, the time spent on a page, your approximate location (country, region and city, derived from your connection) and your type of device, browser and operating system.
- You stay anonymous. Your IP address and browser details are used for a moment to create a visitor code that changes every day, then discarded. We do not store your IP address, and we cannot recognise you from one day to the next.
- Order journey. Your browser keeps the source of your visit (for example “google”) in its session storage and, once you start an order or open the booking page, a random journey code. Both are erased when you close the tab. They let us link a payment or a booked call to the visit that led to it. They are not cookies and are not shared with anyone.
- Retention. Statistics are deleted automatically after 13 months.
6. Measuring our advertising (Meta)
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We do not place Meta’s pixel or cookies on our website. Instead, our servers tell Meta about three events, so we can measure which ads bring customers:
| Event | When | What we send to Meta |
|---|---|---|
| Checkout started | You click “Order” | Your email (if you entered it), your IP address and browser type, the order amount |
| Call booked | You book a call | Your email |
| Purchase | You pay for an order | Your email, name, phone number, postcode and country (as provided to Stripe), your browser type, the amount paid |
Your email, name, phone number, postcode and country are scrambled (hashed with SHA-256) before they are sent, so Meta can only match them with information it already holds. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.
You can ask us at any time to stop sending your data to Meta by emailing sales@logomint.co.
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with the service providers we need to run Logomint:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments and refunds |
| Calendly | Booking calls |
| Meta | Measuring our advertising (section 6) |
| Supabase (servers in the EU) | Hosting your client space, orders and audience statistics |
| Vercel | Hosting the website |
| Twilio SendGrid | Sending emails about your order |
| Our designers | Creating your logo (they see your brief, files and messages) |
Some of these providers are based in the United States. When your data leaves the European Union, it is protected by the safeguards required by EU law, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Data retention
- Orders and design files: 12 months after your project is complete. After that, the data may be securely deleted.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as accounting law requires.
- Audience statistics: 13 months, then deleted automatically.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, except where we are legally required to keep it.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and receive a copy of it
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to the use of your data for measuring our advertising (section 6)
- Withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time
To use any of these rights, email sales@logomint.co. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
10. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls and secure hosting. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
11. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
