Price and what’s included

When we checked, Logo Design Valley’s logo packages were:

  • Valley Bronze, $129: 3 concepts, 1 designer, 2 revision rounds, first concepts within 36 hours.
  • Valley Silver, $199: 5 concepts, 4 revision rounds, first concepts within 30 hours, 2 mockups.
  • Valley Gold, $299: 7 concepts from 2 designers, 10 revision rounds, first concepts within 24 hours, monochrome and inverse versions and 3 mockups.

Its brand identity packages cost more: the Standard Package ($799) adds unlimited revisions, a stationery kit (business card, letterhead, envelope, email signature, favicon), a social media kit and brand guidelines, and the Premium Package ($1,499) adds a logo animation, two print designs and more mockups.

At Logomint:

Speed

Logo Design Valley promises first concepts within 24 to 36 hours depending on the package, and its homepage describes a standard process of 3 to 5 business days. Logomint sends first concepts within 48 hours (24 with rush delivery, +€59) and final files within 7 days.

Logo Design Valley’s packages mention “a dedicated brand designer” (two on Gold), but we didn’t find anything on its site saying whether designers are in-house or freelancers, or where they’re based; the company says it’s based in Texas. At Logomint, a senior designer from our own team draws every logo, and we don’t use AI to generate logos.

Files and ownership

Logo Design Valley’s homepage FAQ says you get “100% ownership of your final logo, including the source files and full commercial rights”, with JPG, PNG, AI, EPS and PDF files, and SVG on the Standard Package. Its terms of service don’t include an ownership clause.

Every Logomint plan includes a transparent logo, vector, printable and source files, and you own the final logo once your project is paid and delivered.

Refunds and guarantees

This is the biggest difference. Logo Design Valley advertises “Love it, or it’s free” and “If you don’t love the final design, you don’t pay.” Its terms of service are stricter:

  • refunds are paid “minus any applicable payment gateway fees”, through a request form;
  • “Once revisions based on your feedback begin, refunds aren’t available”;
  • refunds aren’t available for final logo files.

Its homepage FAQ adds another version: a refund only once the included revision rounds are used up. When marketing and terms disagree, the terms usually apply, so read them before you order.

At Logomint, you can get a full refund before you approve a concept, for any reason, and within 7 days of approving one if the final files haven’t been delivered. We ask for one round of revisions first, and after that your refund still applies. Partial refunds are possible between 7 and 14 days. All details are in our refund policy.
